This green-built housing community will be utilizing geothermal energy to keep heating and cooling costs reduced. Attached villas (triplex) can be customized to fit your needs and will be available for purchase or yearly lease. A less permanent residential setting (dorm living apartments) are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the clubhouse with resident assistants on each floor.
This is monthly rentals to experience “independent living” while attending post-secondary classes at NYCC for career education. Dining is available at the cafeteria at NYCC or “Meals on Wheels” from the SFCC. |
